¨Gotcha!¨ - A screw from the Void Bastards Trailer for the Nintendo Switch. They make great allies because their high HP means they can serve as a distraction while you pick off enemies from a distance. If you can manage to craft the Scrambler, use it on the Screws. If you're fortunate you can blast them out of an air chute or dehydrate them for plenty of Bio. Find (and clean out) a room with only one unlocked door and release them from another dimension into a room that will stay locked. There are typically few Screws on the ships they show up on so you can knock them out of realspace with a single shot to their large body. The Rifter is one of the most powerful means of dealing with Screws. If you can stun the Screw, it will go down in approximately 4 Stapler point-blank shots to the head. Using the Zapper to stun them will increase your chances of escaping them. It is easy to trap a Screw in a room even if they are moving towards the doors you lock. The main weakness of the Screw is their slow movement. Taking them on in a straight fight is not recommended. When attacking it sends out a burst of bolts from its body towards you which are capable of bouncing off walls and hard surfaces, making it difficult to avoid heavy damage in tight spaces. Screws are tough, mean, slow, and can take more damage than any other enemy of the same tier. On board derelict spaceships you’ll plan. And then you must carry out that strategy in the face of strange and terrible enemies. You make the decisions: where to go, what to do and who to fight. Your task is to lead the rag-tag Void Bastards out of the Sargasso Nebula. This is one enemy with whom you never want to be trapped in the same room. Void Bastards asks you to take charge, not just point your gun and fire. Screw is a type of Enemy found on Ships across the galaxy.
